Spa Policies

Cancellation & Late Arrival

To provide the best experience for all clients, we require **48 hours’ notice** for cancellations. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, and cancellations within 48 hours and No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Please arrive **10 minutes early** to check in and ensure your session starts on time.

Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Deposit Requirements: A 100% deposit of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Refund Policies: Refunds for services are not offered, but rescheduling is available with at least 2 hours notice. If you’re unsatisfied, please notify us within immediately so we can address your concerns.

Health Conditions

 For your safety, certain health conditions may limit the treatments we can provide. Please inform us of the following before your appointment:

Cardiovascular Issues: Such as hypertension or heart disease.
Skin Conditions: Including eczema, psoriasis, or open wounds.
Pregnancy: Some treatments may not be suitable.
Infectious Diseases: To ensure everyone’s safety.
Allergies: Let us know about any allergies to products, oils, or ingredients.
Recent Surgeries or Injuries: Inform us of any recent procedures, injuries, or sensitive areas.
Medications: Share if you’re taking medications (e.g., blood thinners) that may affect your treatment.
Chronic Conditions: Such as diabetes or arthritis, which may impact your experience.
Communicable Disease: Please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell or have a contagious illness.

If we have concerns about your suitability for a treatment, we may recommend consulting your healthcare provider. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities!

Lost or Left Items

Liability Disclaimer: we are not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, damaged, or left unattended on the premises, including but not limited to lockers, treatment rooms, reception areas, restrooms, parking lots, or outdoor spaces. Guests and visitors assume full responsibility for their belongings at all times

Gratuity Policy

 Gratuity is not included in the service cost. If you’re happy with your experience, tipping your therapist is appreciated. A suggested gratuity of **20-35%** of the total service cost is customary. Thank you
